When I first started creating this song I was inspired by the music I listened to in the 90’s. I wanted that in your face, aggressive, shit talking vibe. The lyrics were about working your way through the ranks of hip hop and putting in the work to perfect your craft. I can’t say I’m the shit but I can say that I’ve been doing this a long time, making music is a hobby and a passion. I know I’ll never be famous for music or be known in the music industry. It’s a young man/woman’s game. But fuck it, I love doing it. You can listen, you can turn it off. Bang your head or get off the pot. This is me having fun, blowing off steam in a punk rock, hip hop sort of way. Give it all and don’t hold back!
