Since I had done three of the Negative Series with an ink pen, I wanted to see what it would be like to just use white acrylic paint. I used tape to mask off the bottom and went to town. When I was happy with the mess I pulled off the tape and starting creating ripples and tentacles. It was really meant to be about the pattern and feeling, not an object.
