This was the most fun to work on in the series. My daughter wanted to collaborate with me after she had seen the first painting in the series called ‘Bliss’. We sat down one afternoon and I showed her how to use the ink pen. I wanted her be the catalyst for many of the scenes on this piece and play off of what she came up with. This is the only one with colour in the series of 4. It has three hearts symbolizing, my daughter, my wife and myself.
